Existing Kings Edward’s students in Year 11 will be told about the application process during assemblies. There will be an online application form to complete to indicate your intended subjects. This is usually completed in the February before the September start.
External students considering joining our Sixth Form should contact us to arrange a discussion and visit with one of our Learning Mentors. Learning Mentors are available to discuss your individual requirements, share information about the school, give personal tours and support you through the process of applying.
External students and parents/carers are also invited to an information afternoon on Friday 7 July 2017.
Bridging Week will begin on Monday 10 July and all prospective students wishing to join in September are expected to attend this week. This week will provide an opportunity to meet your new tutor, find out about the school and also follow a week of your timetable to actually start your lessons. This will allow you to make an informed judgement about your subject choices. There will be an opportunity to make final subject choices in the days following your GCSE results in the summer.
All prospective students should come back to this website on GCSE results day for more information and to confirm your final subject choices.
